Job summary

Nasoft in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our E-commerce store. You will oversee daily operations, monitor performance, coordinate shifts, and ensure smooth delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of operations experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role with opportunities to optimize workflows and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, team management, logistics, delivery operations, or similar role in shipment or e‑commerce stores.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools; ability to analyze operational data and prepare clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employees’ daily performance and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Organize shift schedules and working hours according to operational requirements.
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain daily operational reports and performance updates.
• Monitor drivers and ensure delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Address delivery issues, delays, or operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and follow up for resolution.
• Coordinate between employees and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality metrics; identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Support continuous improvement of daily operations and increase overall efficiency.
