Luxury Watches is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Kuwait. You will oversee all delivery operations in Kuwait and the GCC, lead the delivery team, optimize routes, and coordinate with restaurants and IT to enhance delivery platforms.

The role requires at least 5 years in delivery/logistics in F&B, a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, and strong leadership to drive safety and customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on optimizing delivery processes, managing logistics, and maintaining high standards of customer service. By leading the delivery team and collaborating with various stakeholders, the Delivery Operations Manager aims to enhance operational performance, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth in the delivery segment of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all delivery operations across Kuwait and the GCC region.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Develop efficient delivery processes and logistics strategies.
• Manage relationships with third-party delivery partners.
• Negotiate contracts for optimal service and rates.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers and kitchen teams to streamline the order-to-delivery process.
• Manage inventory related to delivery packaging and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer feedback and resolve delivery issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve operations.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance for management.
• Optimize delivery scheduling and routes for efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of delivery staff.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for delivery.
• Work closely with marketing teams and other delivery partners to ensure promotions, campaigns and special events and offers are effectively communicated to the delivery team.
• Analyze customer data to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure proper maintenance of delivery vehicles, equipment and other assets.
• Collaborate with IT to improve delivery management systems.
• Monitor competitor operations for market insights.
• Manage and optimize the delivery budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Foster a culture of safety and high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery drivers and operations staff.
• Maintain a database of delivery areas and customer preferences.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivery team.
• Liaise with technology and IT teams to maintain and optimize delivery platforms and apps.
• Identify and mitigate risks in delivery operations.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies, regulations and food safety standards.
• Delivery platforms dashboards management and periodical updations.
• Manage and procees of all the paymnet related to the delivery operation.

Qualification & Skill Required

Experience Required Minimum 5yrs. Experience in delivery/logistics operations, preferably within the F&B industry.

Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
