Job summary

Nasoft is seeking an Operations Manager for its e-commerce store in Kuwait City. The role requires a highly organized, proactive person to supervise daily operations, monitor drivers, manage shifts, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

You will resolve day-to-day issues, track performance, and drive continuous improvement across departments to enhance workflow and service levels. Onsite work with social and medical insurance benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, team management, logistics, or delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Organize shift schedules and working hours to meet operational needs.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance updates.
• Monitor delivery operations and address issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Coordinate between employees and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
