Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia, a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receipt, storage and inventory movement across the retail business. You will organize accurate picking, packing and facilitate timely delivery to stores and customers.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in retail logistics, knowledge of WMS, and a process-driven approach to ensure SLA adherence and risk management.

Qualifications

• A relevant vocational qualification would be an advantage.
• 2-3 years experience within retail logistics or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage and inventory movement across retail business.
• Organize accurate picking, packing and facilitate timely delivery to stores and customers.
• Oversee quality checks and tagging of items; ensure proper storage to prevent damage or loss.
• Ensure timely submission of GRN to Finance for supplier invoices.
• Monitor daily inbound/outbound SLA timelines and ensure targets are met.
• Support shift planning, staff allocations and KPI tracking for warehouse staff.
