Job summary

Al Tayer Group's luxury retail division is seeking an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations for a 1-year fixed-term contract in Kuwait. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, from receiving to dispatch, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, implement processes to optimize efficiency, maintain HSE standards, and collaborate with senior management to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation/Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing & distribution with knowledge of retail perfumes and cosmetics and the local market.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and preferably Good knowledge in WMS.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Lead and develop warehouse team; monitor budgets and KPI.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
