Job summary

Al Tayer Group, a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, seeks an associate to support Ecom Outbound operations. You will troubleshoot pick/pack/dispatch, manage inventory discrepancies, and ensure customer orders meet SLA.

The role involves collaborating with the warehouse inventory team and assisting VIP orders. Qualifications include 2–3 years in relevant roles, basic MS Office and strong written communication, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce outbound or warehouse roles.
• Basic MS Office and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies from customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse inventory team for resolutions.
• Log customer order issues in Sales Force for timely resolution.
• Ensure order picking and packing align with SLA.
• Assist Personal Shoppers in VIP orders by reserving stocks.
• Support BOL creation and communications for transfers.
• Guide and motivate subordinates to improve performance.
• Maintain HSE practices and safe conduct.
• Implement housekeeping standards in operations.
