Job summary

Al Babtain Group in Kuwait is seeking a Lubricants Sales Supervisor to lead field sales initiatives, manage OEM accounts, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. You will develop new opportunities, coordinate visits, and report daily activity to the line manager.

The role emphasizes expanding lubricant product adoption, negotiating prices and credit terms, maintaining strong customer relationships, and monitoring competitors to drive action with top management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in same position & field.
• Experience in lubricants and OEM accounts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & conduct daily visits to current prospective accounts to check lubricant stocks and obtain new orders.
• Focus on developing business opportunities for OEM customers regularly.
• Negotiate with new accounts the products price and terms.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing accounts to support new opportunities.
• Report daily sales activity and monitor market movements.
