Job summary

Al Babtain Group is seeking a Fleet Sales Executive in Kuwait to drive corporate vehicle sales and manage end-to-end customer relations. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless delivery and aftersales support, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deal closure.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, is bilingual, and demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting business partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in similar position or related to business.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Candidate should be bilingual and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business meetings with a minimum of 80 customer visits per month to present offers and maintain relationships.
• Answer customer queries about vehicles, specs, prices, stock, warranty and finance terms; present matching offers and coordinate delivery.
• Arrange test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers as needed.
• Coordinate with Aftersales for service and warranty terms and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Ordering, Credit & Finance to complete sales processes.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitor pricing to inform strategy.
