HRInvest in Kuwait seeks a Sales Engineer to drive revenue through new opportunities, service contracts, and strong client relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle—from business development to tenders and contract renewals—and coordinate with technical teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales or business development, preferably in maintenance or industrial services, and is fluent in English and Arabic with solid MS

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and contract management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; proficient in MS Office.

• Work closely with technical and maintenance teams, you will ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and collection objectives.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within maintenance services, technical services, industrial services, HVAC, facilities management, or related sectors.
• Experience in tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and contract management.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
