Job summary

V2X is seeking a Site Manager located in Kuwait to oversee multiple site locations on the WEXMAC program. You will manage daily site operations, supervise site personnel and subcontractors, and ensure contractual and safety compliance in alignment with the Performance Work Statement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Management, active Secret Clearance, and 10+ years of management experience in multi-discipline environments, preferably with DoD/DoS backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related discipline preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance required and must maintain.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and oversight to site locations.
• Direct and guide site managers and supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop and implement Site SoW and ensure DoD/DoS compliance where applicable.
• Establish Site doctrine including Safety, Quality, and Work Construction plans.
• Prepare reports and ensure accountability, safety, and security of equipment and personnel.
