Job summary

V2X seeks a Site Manager in Kuwait to lead the WEXMAC program across multiple locations. You will direct site managers, supervise personnel and subcontractors, and ensure safe, contractual, and operational success.

Reporting to the VP Kuwait Country Manager, Sr. TO Mgr, you’ll develop site doctrine, oversee SoWs, conduct evaluations, and manage reports and equipment accountability in a demanding environment. US citizenship and active clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/management.
• Active Secret clearance preferred; US citizenship required.
• Experience in DoD/DoS operations or base infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily requirements at one or multiple site locations.
• Serve as main POC to Government at the Site for operations.
• Manage site employees and subcontractors on the WEXMAC contract.
• Develop SoWs and perform technical evaluations of proposals.
• Establish Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan and related SOPs.
• Complete required reports and ensure accountability of equipment.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance at all times.
