Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the WEXMAC program across site locations, reporting to the VP Kuwait Country Manager. You will supervise site personnel and subcontractors, develop scope of work, perform technical evaluations, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in business/management, an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least 10 years in multi-discipline management supporting DoD/DoS, with strong leadership and MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/management or related discipline preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
ACTIVE Secret Clearance required and must be maintainable.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

Manage daily requirements at one or more site locations.
Serve as main Point of Contact to Government at the Site for all operational and maintenance needs.
Oversee Site employees and Sub-Contractors on the WEXMAC contract.
Develop Scope of Work for solicitations to Subcontractors.
Conduct Technical Evaluations of Subcontractor proposals.
Establish Site doctrine (Safety Plan, Quality Plan, SOPs).
Complete required reports and documentation.
Ensure accountability, safety, and security of Site equipment and personnel.
