Job summary

V2X in Kuwait City is seeking a Site Lead/Operations Manager to oversee multiple site locations under the WEXMAC contract. You will direct daily operations, coordinate with government counterparts, and lead site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety, reliability, and contractual performance.

The role requires a senior manager with 10+ years in multi-discipline environments, DoD/DoS experience preferred, and a US citizenship with active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management or related field; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
• 10+ years' management experience in multi-discipline environment.
• Minimum 5 years in operations/site or program management for DoD/DoS.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily site operations across locations.
• Serve as main POC to Government for site operations and maintenance.
• Manage site employees and subcontractors on WEXMAC contract.
• Develop Scope of Work for subcontractors and evaluate proposals.
• Ensure site safety plans, quality plans, and procedures are in place.
• Prepare and submit required reports and maintain documentation.
• Ensure accountability, safety, and security of site equipment and personnel.
