Job summary

V2X Inc in Kuwait is seeking a Site Lead to oversee WEXMAC Northern Camps under the Site Manager, directing site managers, supervising personnel and subcontractors, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in line with the PWS.

You will develop SoWs, perform technical evaluations, and maintain site doctrine, reports, and accountability. A bachelor's in business/management and a active Secret clearance with US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ management experience in a multi‑discipline environment.
• Background in military installation base support/infrastructure management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations, site or program management directly supporting DoD/DoS.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily requirements at a specific Site or multiple Site locations.
• Serve as main POC to the Government at the Site for operations and maintenance.
• Oversee site employees and subcontractors on the WEXMAC contract.
• Develop scope of work for subcontractor solicitations.
• Lead technical evaluations of Subcontractor proposals.
• Establish Site documentation including Safety and Quality Plans.
• Prepare required reports and maintain records for Task Order Management.
• Ensure accountability, safety, and security of site equipment and personnel.
• Perform other duties as required.
