Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Management Operations Center Manager in Kuwait to oversee program execution for the WEXMAC Kuwait project. You will coordinate the schedule, cost, and performance, leading an operations team and serving as a key client liaison.

You will interact with multiple directorates, monitor METs and CDRLs, ensure contract compliance, and provide guidance to the team to meet delivery schedules and performance targets in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Base Operations and Support Service contracts.
• Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a CAC.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain US government licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports for all program deliverables.
• Prepares and coordinates MET to meet objectives and ensure integrated schedules.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Directors to meet requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform risk and opportunity management for contract scope.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Conduct project status and review meetings with key program stakeholders.
• Interface with WEXMAC professionals or US government customers as needed.
• Provide guidance to the program team and drive problem-solving actions.
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Manager.
