Job summary

V2X in Kuwait is seeking a MOC Manager to oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of the WEXMAC KU program. You will lead an operations team, manage workload, ensure schedule adherence, and act as the primary client liaison on status and performance.

The role requires coordinating with directorates, tracking METs, analyzing submittals, and ensuring contract compliance and mission assurance. You will work with Site Managers and Directors to resolve issues, improve quality, and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• CAC eligibility and/or ability to obtain CAC required.
• U.S. Citizen and valid driver license; able to obtain U.S. Government Driver’s License and host nation License.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Prepare and coordinate METs to meet program objectives.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Directors to ensure requirements are met and issues resolved.
• Perform risk and opportunity management (RSKOM) for contract scope.
• Generate reports, logs and metrics as required by the Program Management Team.
• Conduct status/review meetings with stakeholders and ensure contract delivery.
