Job summary

Nasoft is hiring an HR Generalist for a leading e-commerce brand in Kuwait. The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations with emphasis on recruitment, payroll, disciplinary actions, and HR reporting.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain records, handle payroll processing, ensure policy compliance, monitor attendance, generate HR reports, and support employees with inquiries in a fast-paced on-site environment in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll.
• Good understanding of employee disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
• Strong experience in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee records.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, social insurance regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Previous experience in Kuwait or the GCC is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
• Manage and document employee disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee-related data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide accurate employee data and insights to management.
• Support employees with HR-related inquiries and requests.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
