Job summary

DOHA BANK Kuwait is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to implement HR activities across the Kuwait branch and provide administrative support to business units. The role requires liaising with HR sections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering services within SLAs.

Key duties include payroll processing, policy guidance, recruitment coordination, and performance management support, with a focus on timely, accurate HR delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business, HR, OD, OB, or related field.
• 6–10 years total experience in financial services/banking.
• Experience in Generalist HR operations/administration in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR support services for the Kuwait branch are delivered within SLAs.
• Update on regulatory requirements and communicate changes to HR team.
• Support manpower planning with Branch Heads/CCM to meet needs.
• Coordinate with Recruitment for sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Issue offers in line with approved C&B guidelines.
• Administer joining formalities and ensure compliance of documents.
• Guide on HR policies and induction of new employees.
• Review HR policies to align with regulations and branch needs.
• Manage payroll processing for on-roll and outsourced staff.
• Assist in salary reviews and performance management processes.
• Coordinate with OD for JD development and performance appraisals.

Education

University graduate in Business or HR or OD or OB or Industrial psychology or related discipline
