Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Service Technician in Kuwait to perform planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs on elevator and escalator systems.

The role involves troubleshooting faults, attending call-backs promptly, and ensuring safety standards are met across sites. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years’ experience in the elevator/escalator industry, with strong knowledge of elevator systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or B.Tech required.
• 5–8 years in elevator/escalator industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting faults.
• Attend call-backs promptly and perform root-cause analysis.
• Monitor units with high call-back rates and recommend actions.
• Identify and report abnormalities and safety concerns during inspections.
• Support T-Lead opportunities during visits with recommendations.
• Provide clear findings to support quotations and opportunities.
