Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to lead maintenance planning and execution across instrumentation and control systems. You will prepare schedules, supervise teams, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Instrumentation or related engineering with 6–10 years in oil & gas environments, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of experience in instrumentation and control maintenance in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical industries.
• Diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Technician.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with maintenance planning, work scheduling, spare parts, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly work schedules for preventive maintenance, overhauls, and other planned activities.
• Initiate requisitions for spare parts, special tools, test equipment, and maintenance materials.
• Supervise and coordinate instrumentation and control maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and instrument logs.
• Coordinate manpower and material requirements for preventive, corrective, breakdown, and overhaul activities.
• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform and supervise maintenance of instrumentation, control systems, and protective devices.
• Coordinate instrument repair, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor audit findings and coordinate required corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Prepare maintenance reports and track manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
