Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance planning and supervise field teams across oilfield operations. You will ensure safe, efficient maintenance execution and maintain equipment history to support asset reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in Oil & Gas or related industries, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or maintenance leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar supervisory or maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance, asset reliability, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience managing maintenance materials, spare parts, and equipment records.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
