Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for its On Sync Energy Management Services operation. This role oversees maintenance activities for gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and related equipment, ensuring safety and reliability.

You will supervise maintenance teams, review equipment history, and prepare maintenance reports while ensuring HSE compliance and safe practices. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years supervisory maintenance experience.
• OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience maintaining gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and Oil & Gas equipment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment maintenance practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in Oil & Gas or similar industrial facilities.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
