Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other electrical equipment in Oil & Gas.
• OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps, and other equipment in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and work order management.
• Experience maintaining maintenance records and equipment history.
• Strong leadership, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue periodic maintenance and progress reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and resource records.
• Monitor work orders to ensure accurate recording of manpower, materials, failures, and maintenance activities.
• Track maintenance activities and report manpower, spare parts, and resource utilization.
• Support effective planning and execution of electrical maintenance activities.
