Job summary

Leminar Global - Kuwait is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive HVAC and insulation equipment sales and to build strong relationships with customers in Kuwait City. You will promote refrigeration equipment and contracting services as part of a dynamic team.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in HVAC/insulation, fluency in English and Arabic, and a proactive, target-driven attitude. You will negotiate quotations, manage orders, and help ensure timely payments while expanding the client

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years of sales experience in HVAC and insulation.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Ambitious, flexible and trustworthy with goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate enquiries.
• Verify and send quotations with the sales coordinator.
• Negotiate prices at site level and follow up orders.
• Build and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Develop and retain a strong client base.
• Meet accounts assigned by management regularly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments with customers.
