Job summary

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer for a leading HVAC Trading Company in Kuwait. The candidate will drive sales of HVAC products, develop business opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide technical support for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of Kuwait HVAC sales experience, strong knowledge of residential and commercial systems, and proficiency in AutoCAD and tendering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related field) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience in Kuwait, preferably with an HVAC trading company.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience in technical sales, tendering, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales for HVAC products including VRF/VRV systems, DX units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and accessories.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and submittals.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Provide technical support for HVAC product selection and system recommendations.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, drawings, and BOQs using AutoCAD.
• Support tendering and bidding activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, logistics, and project teams for order execution.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle technical queries, negotiations, and after-sales support.
