Job summary

Candidate Experience site in Kuwait is seeking an HVAC Service and AMC Sales Engineer to develop new business for DX, Package Units, AHU, FCU and Chillers, and to grow associated equipment bookings.

You will conduct customer visits, surveys and prepare quotes, scope of work and commercial proposals, then convert enquiries into contracts while maintaining strong relationships with building owners, FM providers and end users for seamless AMC execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service and AMC sales.
• Strong knowledge of DX, Package Units and Chilled Water systems.
• Kuwait/GCC experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business for HVAC AMC contracts covering DX, Package Units, AHU, FCU, Chillers and associated equipment. Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess equipment condition and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare AMC/service quotations, scope of work and commercial proposals. Follow up and convert AMC enquiries into contracts. Identify additional opportunities for repair, replacement, retrofit and spare parts.
• Maintain strong relationships with building owners, FM companies, contractors and end users. Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth AMC execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned AMC sales, revenue and GP targets.

Requirements

• Qualification: Mechanical/HVAC Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC service and AMC sales—strong knowledge of DX, Package Units and Chilled Water systems.
• Kuwait/GCC experience preferred.
• Good customer relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
