Job summary

Leminar Global - Kuwait is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of HVAC and insulation, build strong client relationships, and promote refrigeration equipment and contracting services. This role requires hands-on field involvement and a proactive approach to growth.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HVAC sales, Kuwait residency, English and Arabic proficiency, a valid Kuwait driver’s license, and the ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the HVAC and insulation industry.
• Valid Kuwait residency (Article 18)
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Valid Kuwait driver’s license
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities

• Generating enquiries and sending quotations in coordination with sales team.
• Price negotiation at site level and follow-up on orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage outstanding payments and regular client meetings as assigned by management.
