Job summary

Candidate Experience site in Kuwait is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to drive growth in the BSP/BSE department. You will leverage expertise in HVAC and insulation to promote refrigeration equipment and contracting services while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in HVAC/insulation, English and Arabic communication, a Kuwait residency, and a valid Kuwait driver’s license. Immediate joining and ability to work under pressure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sales experience in HVAC and Insulation
• Transferrable Kuwait Residency (Article 18)
• Valid Kuwait Driver’s License
• Proficient in English and Arabic
• Can join immediately
• Able to handle work/sales pressure
• Ambitious, flexible, trustworthy and goal driven
• Strong customer skills and ability to achieve targets and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Generating Enquiries.
• Verifying and ensuring to send the quotation in concurrence with the sales coordinator.
• Price negotiation at site level & follow-up on the orders.
• Customer building and satisfaction monitoring.
• Building and Retaining a Strong Client Base
• Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management.
• Follow up & responsible for outstanding payments with the customer.
