Job summary

hudsonmanpower in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Hostess to welcome guests, assist with seating, and coordinate reservations in a busy restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver excellent guest service during peak hours.

Minimum 2–3 years in hospitality and a high school diploma are preferred. Accommodation and transportation are provided, and applicants should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum height of 165 cm and professional grooming.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.
• 2–3 years in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, cafés) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff for smooth seating and guest flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Inform guests about waiting times and policies when necessary.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards.
• Coordinate with floor staff for VIP guests and special requests.
• Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.
