Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is hiring an experienced Sr Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The role focuses on greeting, seating, recognizing VIP guests, managing reservations and guest profiles, and coordinating with floor staff to ensure seamless service.

The candidate should have 2–3 years in restaurant hosting or related roles, with supervisory experience preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and a diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with reservations, waitlists, VIP guests, complaints and service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, acknowledge guests and handle farewell professionally.
• Recognize VIPs and coordinate personalized service.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest profiles.
• Coordinate table allocation with Floor Manager and service team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and service recovery.
• Guide junior hostesses and FOH staff.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback and service trends.
• Complete shift handovers and ensure host desk readiness.
