Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow
• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
• Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary
• Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely
• Support restaurant operations during busy service periodsMaintain professional grooming and appearance standards
• Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests
• Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum height of 165 cm, a fit appearance and consistently professional grooming
• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English
• 2–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
