Qualifications

• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with seating.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists and table allocations.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting area.
