Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is hiring an experienced Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. You will warmly greet guests, assist with seating, and manage reservations and waiting lists to ensure smooth flow.

The role requires excellent Arabic and English communication, professional grooming, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with floor staff and management to deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum height 165 cm and professional grooming.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Inform guests about waiting times and policies when necessary.
• Assist in handling guest concerns politely and coordinate VIP requests.
