Accor Kuwait is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure, delivering warm, engaging service and upholding brand standards across the property.

You will lead the day-to-day front office operations, address guest concerns promptly, train and motivate colleagues, and ensure daily briefings keep the team aligned on priorities to personalise every stay, while contributing to Accor's commitment to responsible hospitality.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality essential.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• Experience with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
