Job summary

HUDSON in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group. You will supervise daily floor operations, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in hospitality, 1–2 years supervisory experience, and gulf exposure. Diploma in Hotel Management preferred. Accommodation and transport provided; salary 300 KD monthly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3–5 years in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume venues; Gulf experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during service.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns and escalate when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness and restaurant presentation.
• Oversee staff grooming, discipline, and attendance.
• Assist in staff training and onboarding.
• Support reservations handling and guest seating.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist management in achieving operational and service goals.
• Prepare shift handovers and daily updates if needed.
