Job summary

Reputed Restaurant Group in Qatar is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow. You will oversee wait staff, hosts, and service staff, delivering excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and 3–5 years of hospitality experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. Gulf experience is preferred in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
• Gulf experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.

• Assist management in achieving operational and service goals.
• Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required.
