Job summary

HUDSON is seeking an experienced Floor Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. You will oversee daily floor operations, supervise front-of-house teams, and ensure exceptional guest service during high-volume service periods.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality, with 4–6 years in restaurant operations and at least 2 years in supervisory roles. Gulf experience is preferred, and accommodation plus transportation are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/front-of-house management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Supervise waiters, captains, hosts, and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards.
• Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest handling.
• Assist in staff training and team motivation.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
• Support restaurant management in achieving sales and service targets.
• Prepare shift reports and operational updates when required.
