Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to maintain and support enterprise IT systems supporting DISA/CENTCOM theater operations. The role requires active Secret Clearance, DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications, and expertise with Army365, AD, DISA DEPO, and ITIL processes.

You will manage tickets, coordinate ASIs, and collaborate with regional NOCs to ensure mission-critical uptime. The position offers housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and a tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• Requires an active Secret Clearance.
• High School diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must adhere to DoD 8570.01M; maintain at least one baseline certification and one CE certification.
• Baseline certifications listed by the job: CCNA: Security, CySA+, Security+ ce, CND, GICSP, GSEC.
• Computing Environment certifications listed: CCNA, Server+, RHCSA, Azure Administrator, MCSA/WIndows 10, Windows Server 2016.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in MIS-related roles; customer-service experience valued.
• Experience with Army365 Portal, BMC Remedy, DISA DEPO, AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level technical and incident support for AESMP incidents and requests.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues; guide resolutions.
• Document duty shift activities impacting theater operations, outages, ASIs, HAZCONs, NTOs, and metrics.
• Maintain high customer service levels in line with ITSM principles.
• Coordinate with Regional NOCs, CENTCOM, and NETCOM to monitor ASIs in RCC-SWA AOR.
• Update Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Manage Active Directory objects and enterprise emails via DISA DEPO/Army365.
• Create and coordinate ASI requests with designated organizations.
• Work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; support theater operations.
• Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure mission-critical operations.
