Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to support enterprise IT systems and services across the theater operations. You will triage incidents, provide escalation guidance, and ensure timely updates and customer satisfaction in a demanding environment.

Desirable candidates have active DoD clearance, experience with DISA DEPO, Army365, and ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, and will coordinate with regional NOCs, CENTCOM, and NETCOM to maintain theater operations and compliance with DISA

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• At least a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01M baseline certifications.
• Minimum 4 years in MIS-related roles with IT experience.
• Familiarity with DISA DEPO, Army365, and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical and Incident Support: enterprise-level support for AESMP incidents and requests.
• Incident Analysis and Reporting: provide feedback to leadership and Watch Officers.
• Customer Service Excellence: maintain high service quality and clear communication.
• Regional Coordination: act as POC with Regional NOCs, CENTCOM, NETCOM.
• Documentation and Standardization: update SOPs and WIs for processes.
• Account and System Management: manage AD users, Exchange/Army365 accounts.
• Service Coordination: coordinate ASI requests with designated organizations.
• Work Environment: perform well in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to support theater operations.
