Job summary

V2X is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to maintain and support enterprise IT systems for mission-critical operations. You will triage, research and resolve technical issues while communicating clearly with customers, and monitor DISA/ CENTCOM facilities for ASIs and hazards in Southwest Asia AOR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IS, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of professional MIS-related experience.
• Baseline and CE certifications required (see list).

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level technical and non-technical support for incidents and requests.
• Act as escalation point for complex application or system issues.
• Document duty shift activities, outages, ASIs and network metrics.
• Coordinate with Regional NOCs, CENTCOM and NETCOM for theater operations.
