Job summary

V2X is seeking a Cyber Center Manager to oversee the enterprise IT and communications operations across multiple countries, including a high-velocity warzone environment. You will lead a 100+ IT team, drive service delivery, and report to senior stakeholders on performance and risks.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance, DoD 8570.01M compliance, and 10+ years in IT leadership within complex programs. Housing, transportation, completion bonus, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570.01M compliance and baseline CE certifications.
• 10+ years IT leadership experience managing large dispersed teams.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM service delivery and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to coordinate with government stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of enterprise communications and IT services.
• Lead a globally dispersed team of 100+ IT professionals.
• Provide operational guidance and executive-level briefings.
• Liaise with clients, coordinate tasks, and resolve issues.
• Ensure service levels meet or exceed metrics and SLAs.
• Review processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
