Otis Kuwait seeks an experienced Service Field Operations Manager responsible for overseeing field teams in the assigned area, handling callbacks, preventive and reactive maintenance, and modernization projects.

You will act as second-level technical support, conduct safety audits, and ensure operations comply with Otis procedures while coaching junior colleagues. Strong leadership and English proficiency required; Arabic knowledge preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant field operations experience in a construction/engineering organization.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential; Arabic preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic: Provide management information on work area performance to support decisions.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures to ensure controlled, consistent work.
• Core: Manage day-to-day operations of the team to minimize accidents and optimize resources.
• Distribute tasks and cascade plans to team members.
• Conduct safety audits at client sites to ensure safe working practices.
• Evaluate performance metrics to drive actions improving productivity.
• Maintain relationships with employees and customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Act as second-level technical support on issues.
• Coach junior colleagues and support field operations at client sites.
