Job summary

The role demands strong leadership and a track record in dispatch, scheduling, and budget control. Successful candidates will manage budgets, inventory, and fleet, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service operations and supervising multiple field teams.
• Experience setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and fleet.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Manage the daily functions of the business.
• Directly supervise Operations Supervisors handling field teams.
• Coordinate KPI targets and training needs across service departments.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Oversee scheduling, route planning, dispatching, and resource allocation.
• Manage emergency dispatch processes for urgent calls.
• Standardize SOPs across services.
• Implement audits and site-inspections to ensure quality.
• Manage budgets for field consumables, tools, equipment, and fleet.
• Control inventory to prevent stockouts and shrinkage.
• Oversee fleet logistics and maintenance schedules.
• Serve as escalation point for high-profile clients and accounts.
• Track CSAT and root causes; drive corrective action.
• Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
• Manage budgets to align with business goals.
