Job summary

Amaken in Kuwait City is hiring a Training Officer for an F&B company. You will design and deliver training for new hires and existing staff, focusing on onboarding and skill development.

You will identify training needs, prepare materials, and coordinate both internal and external programs to raise service standards across stores. The role requires hands-on operation knowledge and proficiency with training tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar in restaurant operations.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant POS/management systems.
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and online training tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Explain company policies, procedures, standards, and job responsibilities.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain an annual training calendar.
• Identify training needs and gaps across the company.
• Provide training to address performance and knowledge gaps.
• Support ongoing development of store employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify additional training needs.
• Coordinate external training programs as needed.
• Build relationships with training providers and educational institutions.
• Monitor training results and improve programs as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
