Job summary

HRInvest in Kuwait seeks a Group Head of Learning and Development to shape and lead our training strategy across multiple concepts. You will oversee frontline and operational training, onboarding, and leadership development while ensuring consistent service standards across locations.

You will design engaging learning programs, coach managers, and build internal trainers to sustain on-the-job learning. The role requires strong measurement of training outcomes and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of senior L&D experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong design, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Experience building leaders and managing training teams.
• Ability to measure training outcomes and drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the learning and development strategy across concepts and locations.
• Oversee frontline and operational training, service standards and onboarding.
• Design, prepare and deliver engaging training materials and workshops.
• Coach managers and build internal trainers to reinforce learning on the job.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators.
• Build training plans for new openings and support launches.
