AZADEA Group in Kuwait is seeking a Floor Supervisor for restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and procedures. You will oversee opening and closing, supervise staff, and maintain hygiene and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in F&B operations, a technical degree in Hospitality Management, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and strong customer service skills. MS Office proficiency is required, with a focus on teamwork and delivering brand-based experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Three to five years in F&B operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Technical degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the restaurant's opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to norms and guidelines.
• Check merchandise and displays daily to maintain brand standards.
• Conduct monthly inventory tasks for all brand equipment, following procedures.
• Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene, for self and others.
• Greet customers, present the menu, assist in selection, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer bills, cases, and inquiries that are more complex.
• Delegate tasks, set deadlines, oversee results, train staff, and communicate needs to upper management.
• Oversee staff and adherence to brand preparation techniques.
