Job summary

Amaken in Kuwait City is hiring a Training Officer for an F&B company. You will design and deliver training for new hires and existing staff, focusing on onboarding and skill development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar in restaurant operations.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant POS/management systems.
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and online training tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Explain company policies, procedures, standards, and job responsibilities.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain an annual training calendar.
• Identify training needs and gaps across the company.

• Collaborate with Operations to identify additional training needs.
