Avanta Works in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, develop authentic Indian menus, and maintain top quality and presentation.

You will lead and train staff, manage inventory and food costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum 5 years in a reputable Indian restaurant and deep knowledge of Indian spices and techniques are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable Indian restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
