Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create unique and innovative dishes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
