Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced B2B and Retail Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, and logistics.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics/fulfillment, a bachelor's degree, and strong ERP/WMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or operations management.
• Experience with B2B fulfillment or high-volume orders preferred.
• ERP/WMS proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfillment from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure orders meet service level agreements and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee inventory allocation and fulfillment for bulk/high-priority orders.
• Manage relationships with internal and 3PL providers for timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
• Develop fulfillment capacity plans based on forecasts and volumes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity and cost improvements.
• Track KPIs, transportation costs, and resource utilization.
• Support workforce planning, shift requirements, and peak contingency planning.
